These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GLAZE website (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by thesfe Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Our products
GLAZE sells cosmetic skincare products, including the Pink Collagen Glow Balm. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Any statements about the products describe the look, feel and appearance of skin and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Individual results vary. Always read the label, patch test before first use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Any third-party brand names or trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability — we may refuse, limit or cancel any order (for example, where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing or description error has occurred). A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch your order. We may limit quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time before you order. Prices are exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated; applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own terms, cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Bundle and buy-more-save-more pricing applies only while the offer is live.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, and returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or to your address, as applicable.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography and design — is owned by or licensed to GLAZE and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to introduce malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Because cosmetics affect people differently, we make no guarantee of specific results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLAZE and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLAZE from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
